Can I have longer than 30 days to return my Christmas present? 

Yes you have till the 10th of January to return/ exchange it.

Refund Policy

Christmas Policy - You have until the 10th of January to return/ exchange your order.

Hey guys! Item doesn't fit? Not a problem! You have 14 days from purchase to notify us that you wish to cancel/return your order. You then have 14 days from notification to send your item/items back to us for a full refund or exchange!

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns just yet so return postage is the buyer's liability.

Your original shipping fee will be refunded in full if you return an item for a refund within the time period - if you have paid extra for express shipping this will not be refunded.

If you change your mind on an order and wish to cancel it just send us an email at info@weartheworld.co.uk  & we'll be more than happy to help!

We will process the refund when the item has been returned to us as long as it's unworn, refunds can only be processed via the original method of payment.

Can I cancel my order? 

We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. You must let us know by contacting us at info@weartheworld.co.uk if you would like to cancel your order. 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 days to process the order.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail First Class Signed For, they should arrive within a estimated 1-2 working days. If you need your parcel by a specific date we highly recommend you pay extra for the Special Guaranteed Next Day delivery option at check out because this is the only way we can guarantee it will arrive for the date you need. 

EUROPE - estimated 3-5 working days

US - estimated 5-7 working days

Rest of the World- estimated 7-14 working days

Why is it that there are things on the website that are sold out?

We do try to keep the website up to date, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. We understand this can be frustrating, so when this happens we will try our best to offer you another choice or let you know if it's coming back in stock. For our Silk Clothing once it’s gone it’s gone. If you see something you like you must buy it as quickly as possible because it is very unlikely it will ever come back in stock. However as for our Cotton Clothing this is a more classical range that we have all year round and do re-stock styles. What is your Privacy Policy?

 Your privacy is important to us. At Wear the World, we only collect information necessary to complete your order or to get in touch with you regarding your order. Information collected at checkout includes name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and telephone number. We will never store your credit card information. We will also never sell your personal information to a third party. We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified via the email address in your customer account.
